Delivery times and tracking
Due to very high demand, there may be delays in delivery at the moment!
We ship daily Monday - Saturday with DHL or Deutsche Post.
The delivery time with DHL takes on average 2-4 working days. To neighbouring countries the delivery time is between 4-6 working days.
After we have handed over the parcels to DHL, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking code from us.

If you pay with your credit card or Paypal, we can get your package on its way to you as soon as possible.
SOFORT bank transfer
With DIRECTebanking the items will be sent to you directly after we have received your payment, which can take 2-7 business days.
