- Electrical Safety: Only operate with certified USB power sources (e.g., power bank, USB power adapter).The USB-C port itself is not waterproof. It must be protected from wetness, rain, and moisture when used outdoors (e.g., in a waterproof box).Never use the product if there is visible damage to cables, connectors, or LEDs.
- Maintenance: Check the product for defects before each use. Do not attempt to replace the LEDs.

We ship daily Monday - Saturday with DHL or Deutsche Post.
The delivery time with DHL takes on average 2-4 working days. To neighbouring countries the delivery time is between 4-6 working days.
After we have handed over the parcels to DHL, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking code from us.
