Important Safety Instructions
- Intended Use: This light rope is designed for decorative and lighting purposes both indoors and outdoors. It is not a toy.
Weather Resistance & Moisture:
- Only the light rope itself is weather-resistant. The USB-C plug and the dimmer are NOT weather-resistant.
- These components must be protected from rain, moisture, and high humidity at all times. Always use the provided dry bag for this purpose.
- Do not operate the rope in a damp environment if the plug or dimmer are not securely protected.
Electrical Safety:
- Operate only with standardized 5V USB-C power sources. Ensure that the power bank or power adapter provides sufficient current.
- Do not continue to use the product if the cable, dimmer, or USB plug show visible damage (risk of short circuit or fire).
- Fire Safety & Overheating: Ensure that the dimmer is not covered during operation to guarantee sufficient air circulation.
- Maintenance: Clean the rope only with a slightly damp cloth. The plug and dimmer must only be cleaned dry.
- Child Safety: Due to the length of the rope, there is a risk of strangulation. Keep away from children and pets.
Disposal & Compliance
- CE Marking: This product complies with applicable European directives.
- WEEE: This device must not be disposed of in normal household waste. Please take it to an official collection point for electronic waste. (WEEE Reg. No. DE 47786398 / Batt Reg. No. DE 12794111)

Delivery times and tracking
Due to very high demand, there may be delays in delivery at the moment!
We ship daily Monday - Saturday with DHL or Deutsche Post.
The delivery time with DHL takes on average 2-4 working days. To neighbouring countries the delivery time is between 4-6 working days.
After we have handed over the parcels to DHL, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking code from us.
